There is 1 room on the 3rd level that is similar to the 2nd Level Bedrooms. There is also a 'hallway' between rooms on the third level. Before you ask how to claim this reward on live ... you can't not until October 25th (If you pre-ordered) I am a Beta Tester for ToW and we have been allowed to post screenshots and explain some of the content for the eager minds.

Anyone know if you can change the outside sign? Will it bury it in the sand, etc...

Yes, you can change the sign. Adding a merchant to the admin will allow that. Also, about putting items on the top of the bar, Ill try to test it, but not entirely sure.

This is all well and good, but why can't we have the "Anchorhead Cantina" style house?
I would prefer that personally... perhaps I'm the only one.
