Ok the game guides section is proving to be a little unerving at some ofthe responses so hopefully some skilled players here can help me out....i have a CA with the following mods.
Food Experimentation +7
Pistol Accuracy+7
Creature Taming Bonus +10
I reallllllly need the +7 to stick and i heard that dropping a creature taming bonus -1 tape in a piece of clothing first and then the above mentinoed tape would negate the ctb mod......can i have some advise please. I really want to be a 12 pt chef before christmas!!! i have been waiting for 11 months. Please help a tired chef

Your out of luck top number always sticks. It would make a CH happy though

Get a +11 Creature Taming Bonus and put it in the clothing then the +7 food exp and the Food Experimentation will stick.

Lexi' is correct. You have to place a +11 creature taming or higher CA in the same clothing for the +7 Food Exper to take effect

Actually, I don't see a CH caring that much about the tape, it's a bonus to something you can buy clothes for, and all but max out even without the clothes (if I'm not mistaken).

What if it was placed into a bio shirt that already had creature taming bonus over the +10. Is it the same skill mod? If so, I think that would work.

If its the exact same wording yes I did it with a +15 Music Wound Healing /+12 Food Exp and I was so happy i bought it for 2 mill

I want to get this straight here cause i have had so many stories.....If i get a pice of clothing either BE oranother clothing attatchment with a +11 or higher than the food experimeantation will stick.Does the CTB have to reach a certain number at all or just as long as its higher than +10? Add thank you very much for the responses.

Any number higher then the mod you are trying to get rid of will do also this takes 2 sockets.

ok i was talking with a BE and the name of the tissue they use for this is called "taming wild creatures" and "taming vicious creature"
The wording on the tape is "Creature Taming Bonus." Will this work even though there is no other tapes out there that give bonus to "taming wild and vicious creatures" ?
I apologize for all the questions and the fact i may be sounding noobish but im all sorts of nervous about this tape and i dont want to lose it. thanks

I've done this twice now for a high Food Exp. Put a +1 Food Experimentation in the clothing first, then your tape. It will stick the +7 Food Experimentation to replace the +1. You will need 2 sockets for this, but do it with a 4 socket item so you will have room for an Assembly later on.

Really even though the Creature Taming Bonus is the higher numer. Just put a +1 Food experimentation in first then the other tape and it will work? Sorry im all sorts of freaked about about losing the tape lol hence the disbelief and shock. plus seeing how i just did about 4 runs of food last night and i could of been a 12 pointer lol.
