Dustcrepe, an Artisan food, reduces the duration of a DoT by the percentage of it's power. So a 15 power Dustcrepe knocks 15% off the length of a disease. But they are wasted if you eat them at intervals of less than 15 minutes. 3 in a stack is typical, and power 13 is typical for a non-BE version.

does it work for fire bleeds and poisons as well? and what sould i look for in a BE enhanced Versions

It works on any DoT, as far as I know. Here are some specs I found on it: 3-4 quantity, 29-20 filling, 11-18% reduction. Artisan foods can only take a Light Additive; a light nutrition can boost the power 30-60% (50-55 is common).
There are also Chef foods that provide DoT resists, not reductions: Blood Chowder for bleeds, Cho-Nor-Hoola for poison/disease, Trimpian for fire.

mm Nor-chor-holaa only worked in PvE a while ago (before resist buff)
I'm wondering if it works now, and stacks with doc resist buffs
