Havla does nothing for me - I eat it and it does'nt increase healing speed. I have tried every other resource to get some help with this.

Havla (and Ruby Bliel, for what it's worth) is currently bugged. Havla has to have a "recovery bonus" of 100 or above to have any effect, and it doesn't reduce the time before getting the "you are now ready to heal more wounds or apply more enhancements" message. However, if you do use a 100+ Havla, you can spam heal actions (damage healing, wound healing, buff application) as fast as you can click the buttons, and the action will execute, even if you haven't been told you're ready yet.

Ohhh thank you so much! Took forever to find this out. One csr tells me he can fix it the next says report a bug. Again thank you.

Are you sure it's +100, and not over +100?
I heard that +100 didn't work, and ever since I have always made +101 or better
Time to do some testing with spare parts laying around the kitchen hehe...

pretty sure that 100 works, i sell my 100 havla all the time, and i bet someone would have complained already if it wouldn't work
