Can someone else test this for me please?
Went to experiment on this food and it only gave me 7 experiment points.
Using the same resourses I normally use, so something weird is going on

Exo wafers use artisan experimentation points, not food experimentation, grab more artisan skills =P

You got your response already, You're able to make them from domestic arts 1 in artisan, so they use artisan experimentation instead of food experimentation. If you want more experimentation points with them get the enginerring line in artisan and possibly master it for even more.
No one needs to bother testing this, this is how it has always worked and I can vouch for it since I've been a chef and master artisan.

No extra experiment points for Master Artisan. 2 for Novice, 1 for each box of Engineering and Domestic Arts = 10.

I saw someone here with a +25 artisan exp. tape a while back, and they said they wanted to be able to hit 14 artisan exp. points. Someone else said it was possible. So if the dom. arts and eng. branches only give you 10 and the +25 tape gives you 2, where do the other 2 come from?

Being Human gives +15 Artisan experimentation.
So:
+100 (skill boxes) + 15 (human racial bonus) + 25 (skill tape bonus) = +140 (14 experimentation points)
And yes, the +15 for being human stacks with the +25 from tapes.
