Is there a Chef's apron schematic....if so where do you get it please, thanks.

Depends on which apron you mean. Tailors have a standard apron that they can craft at Formal Wear IV. It's a white jacket with an apron front, and "Kiss the Cook" printed on it in Aurebesh (the Star Wars font). It gives no skill bonuses.

There's also the chef version of the "crafter's apron" that gives +5 food experimentation and +5 food assembly. It's a reward schematic from doing the Jabba's theme park (obtained during a mission for Jabba's cook, IIRC).

There are three different varients for the apron, one for chefs, one for doctors, and one for (I think) architects. The schematic can only be learned by a Master Tailor, the varient you get is random, and you can't tell which varient you you have until a tailor learns the schematic. The schematic allows the tailor to make three items from it, all are the same type.

Each apron also requires looted components (two identical heavy leather).

You'll probably be able to find these available from a tailor, they're not too uncommon. Prices tend to range from 100k to 400k depending on server (although 150-200k seems to be the standard).
