Is ther a list somewhere that shows a list of what is commonly requested for foods.

for example:

Arisha +400/40min/33 fill

Brandy +430/45min/50fil

something to reference when making a new food. i make all the common ones but every now and then am asked for something new and dont know where to put my experiments. I usually jus tdo customs, but it would be nice to know a norm to just keep stuff on hand.

i would think there is already something like this on this site. anyone have a link?

I use those two:

Sorted by Category/Effects, good for a quick overview

Sorted by Skilllevel, lots of additional information

i know ice blaster isnt in game anymore but what did that do?

Just FYI, the numbers on those charts do not include BE tissues. Avg stats for enhanced food (usually Nutrients to boost buff size) can be estimated by taking the buff size numbers and multiplying by 1.55 / 1.85 / 2.15 depending on the size of the additive the food will take.

It gave roughly +150 to willpower for 3-4m. You can see the old food listing here for a trip down memory lane.
