Well as it stands our creatures suck compared to what a novice creature handler can tame. So my question is how viable is it to sell out supplements to Chefs. So far as a novice I can make supplements that add to the duration of siad food buffs. Later on I can make supplements that add on to the quality. But are Chefs even doing good buissness or is it a waste of time for me to trying to even sell these too.

If most chefs are like me, they are also doing BE. The resource requirements for the addatives are insane and will literally raise the price of the food 4-5x. And I am not seeing a justifiable increase in stats yet. I have tissue eng 1 so I can make several different types of addative. Trying to Chef and BE is brutal on meat supplies. I have gone thru 5k units of meat in one day.

BE components seem to do nothing to food.

I just use them for my BE friend so she gets uexp

Bioeng helps food, but only the stats that the food has already. So if a component boosts 6 stats but only one of those stats is in the food naturally, it seems you only get one of the 6 stats as an improvement. Since the bioeng components are super expensive compared to the food, it doesn't seem like there's much of a value in using them. I'll use 'em though if someone wants to give me some for the UXP when food is eaten.

I did some extensive testing on BE addatives last night. Even at my low level of BE, I am adding over 50% to the normal buffs. Right now, Meatlunp is the only thing I can make that uses BE addatives, but my average result is a +73 with the really good stuff coming out at +90. The avereage non-FrankenFood meatlump comes in at about +47 or +48.

May I ask how you add the BE additives to food? I can't figure it out.

Some foods add them as an optional ingredient, Personally I can't find a BE who is actually making any.

I know a master bio engineer who will make it

but the costs of bio engineered compnents is so expensive it will out cost your food just to add it in.
