I know, the title sounds bad, but think about it. We have to be pretty insanely devoted to the idea of wanting to be a chef in order to put up with all the crap that we do. And yes, I am one of the proud mental patients too. Sorry if this sounds a little bitter, it's just my break between making 4 billion wastril breads that I can't give away (and I've tried) so that I can make it up to Mix I and then, God willing, Mix II sometime by the end of August.

(p.s. being a chef on Bloodfin... broken server combined with semi-broken profession... wait, why are those guys at my door with a white jacket? And what are those straps on it for? )

Seriously, if it wasnt for the food I would totally ditch out, but how could I leave so many helpless ingredients to their own sorts.
