I opened my second holo and I got the one thing I feared most in the game, a sentince of sitting down just to craft. I am a master commando and I have never sat and crafted but I want to do what the holo said.

I have just gottten novice chef and was expecting the xp to be better, it seems like every thing I craft gives me xp of 20-30. I have a food and chem crafting tool at +14.62 and a food and chem crafting station that is above 40% I have know Idea how to do this at 30 xp a shot and the first skill box at 3200 and the last up to 70400 i dont see how this is possiable. If anyone knows how to do this trade please help me out.

welcome to our world....or as some would say...welcome to our nightmare...

Use search and there are anumber of posts bout what to grind up to what level and then to what to switch to. most will say grind wastril bread until ithodrian mists and then ride that all the way out...

you will need fields worth of wheat and corn plus many wells worth of water.

Unfortunately, the answer is simple:

Give up being a chef

Go back to being a commando

Forget about being a Jedi for the moment

Right now the Jedi system is flawed, it will be modified as time goes on, and there is other stuff to do in the game - or if there isn't, then why bother still playing?

I don't mean this as a flame (honestly! ) I just hate everyone saying "the Holo made me...." when in truth, nobody's making you do nothing. You are purposely following the current rules of the game as you understand them in order to achieve your goal. If that is not fun, then you should either give up the game, play the game with a different goal in mind, or go buy KOTOR and get a nearly-instant Jedi.

Again , sorry if this sounds like a rant or a flame but I just thing that the game would be a lot more enjoyable for everyone if we just played the game without everyone stepping all over everyone else to try and be a Jedi.

I know I know, No one is really making me do this. My first holo said to be a master brawler. I guess I am just looking for the next level of this game. Most of us have killed every mob, been to every planet. Its a "been there done that"kind of thing. I know its my choice whether to do this or not. I don't really want to stop playing but the game has sort of reach a point where there is nothing new to do. I have heard of macros or other way to grind this out with out mind nubbing hours sitting my house baking. I guess i was just looking for a quick fix or may just venting.

The chef board is amazing. I haven't seen anyone get flamed to death for asking how to grind it.

Anyway what that guy said about jedi is right. I'm having much more fun with my main character.
