It's a drink that gives you a +400-500 boost to action. (If I recall, I haven't made any for a while).
If you are looking for action regen rather, then tat sunburn.
For action HAM costs take some rhyscate or breath of heaven.

Cavellin Creams are pretty nice for a food. Mine are around +425 action with about -45 to health.
They are resource hogs though, so I don't make them to often.
