I still sell, and so does every chef I know of on my server, but no one (that i'm aware of at least) raised their prices with the revamp. Our prices are low though, so haven't heard any complaints yet since people didn't lose to big of an investment.

I sold a smaller amount than usual up to the weekend preceding the patch (people were still playing and still needed food) and I filled a couple of orders, although I did advise them of all of the changes coming with the new patch and that I wasn't absolutely sure how old food would be affected exactly (like the 80% filling on old Fishak, for example). By Monday I had put a "Please Read" item on my vendor advising everyone to exercise moderation in their food purchases before the revamp hits.

Even so, I was still worried that some would be upset with the changes and would come back to haunt me - in particular this obviously quite young guy who bought a lot of Fishak last week, which I assume he was going to try to mark up one billion percent after the patch (not wanting to cheat mycustomers, I only charged my normal price of about 45k per crate). I finally had the chance to log on late last night and, as of yet, I haven't received any complaints.

Of course, my plans are to take care of the people I've had a long-term relationship no matter what. They're the customers who will keep coming and buying food, convinced as they are of its benefits. As for those who don't listen to reasonable warnings, well.....

I spent 500k a week on food (BoH and Rych) and now I eat, get 6min of buffs and cant eat for another 30 to 45 frickin minutes??? No more food for me I guess. Nice job SOE.
