Im levelling up through carbineer at the moment and as many might know carbines are ridiculously ham hungry . Now i know buffs would be better but im increasingl finding in my work/life schedule i can only really grab an hour or so a time so was looking at an alternative so in nutshell can anyone suggest and even better provide some food or drink that will boost in particular my action or its associated secondary stats. Im trying to avoid the spice way.

This is for my toon on eclipse

Thanks

I would like to suggest to do the following buffing:

Drink:1 X Garmorrl (Health, strength and constitution buff between 150-280 f 35min filling 50)

Drink: 1 X Accargan (Action, stamina and quickness buff between 150-350 f. 35 min filling 50)

Food: 2 x Scrimpi (250-300 Quickness each ) for about 35min and filling only 33) (I never use Kiwik, it has a much higher filling and a lot shorter duration)

Food: 1 X Ahresia (Focus similar to Scrimpi, just in case if there are some mind costs to the specials)

Can't resist a plug(on Bria, not Eclipse, sorry)

My Accarragm is +364 for 45 minutes - and my Kiwik is +447, 33 Filling

I agree, in general, that Scrimpi is a better bet for grinding purposes- my main use for the Kiwik is in getting Composite on for short periods, if Doc buffs aren't available. It's the same with Ahrisa vs Canape - when out grinding, Ahrisa wins every time (+345 for 49m30s, Filling 33 )

Scrimpi takes Herb meat which hurts....but just like the Mind food that only raises focus.. NO ONE wants to buy it.

I am constantly telling people these are the foods you want not Canap or Swirl.
