If you can find just about any high quality flora, we can probably stick it in something.

Some specific stuff, though:

Crystalline Gemstone in great big stacks (the cheaper the better, quality doesn't matter) for containers

Berries and Fruits are used in many popular recipes.

Bespin Port uses Tatooine specific fruits, tubers, and berries

Vegetables (tubers and fungi are probably the most-used types)

Cheap, low quality Cereal for alcohol

Oats, Rice, and Wheat.

I think the list above hit most of the big ones. If you want a bigger list of crap quality resources needed just look in one of the sticked posts for sciguy's food chart. Anything that says component on it is used quite often(sweet cake mix is an exception, but it is annoying that I didn't have ingrediants for it when I wanted to make some). Anything that goes into a component the stats don't matter.

One I did remember that isn't listed above. Water at high quality(OQ and DR both) and at crap quality.

Grinding resources are the one thing I find everywhere, finding an actual quality resource vendor isa needle in a haystack.

There aren't many planet specefic flora, I would stick to just whatever is best

Tatooine Berries, Fruit and Tubers are named components for Bespin Port (Increased experiment success)

There's others with named components like the Correlian Ale and Correlian Brandy but their skill mods aren't really sought after (there are better foods available for those skill mods that don't require named components).

I second Saitek - finding a vendor that carries high quality flora is much more important. PE/OQ is important and in that specific order. For those flora without PE, look for high OQ (i.e. water, gas, mineral). Next attributes to look for - it's a toss up between DR-FL-SR (DR: Filling, FL: Duration, SR: Quantity); though I would pick DR next since some recipesdepend on DRfor 50% of the buff quality). It really depends on the chef and the need of his/her customers.
