Hi, ive read a few examples on prices for Bio additives, and want to know if 50k credits is a reasonably price to pay for a crate of 25 +82 medium ones? as ive only found 1 place on Tempest that sells them and have no idea what the going rate is. What have you guys been paying for similar ones. Thanks

Depends on your server but 50K for that is a bit much to me. I pay 23K for my mediums from my BE, no matter what the bonus is.

On Kette, in BE 'shops', 80+ mediums go for anywhere from 37.5k to 100k per crate. The low-end gal is bought out quick, and I generally only pay over 50k+ when I'm desperate - 50k is spot on the average price for store-boughts. You could probably snag a better deal working directly with a BE.

100k per crate for mediums?? that's an awful lot of "savings"that chefshave to pass on to their customers - lol

The 100k price tag doesn't hurt when it's going into brandy... a lot of the get-rich-quick chefs are finally quitting when they realize chef takes work, so my business has slowly crept back towards its pre-patch status, and pricing brandy to keep up with demand equates to easy absorption of 100k tissues. The real trouble is, there's a lot of foods worth enhancing besides brandy, that won't sell for anything near what brandy does. I'll be damned if I pay more for tissues than I charge for food, just to have the stuff in stock.

Very vew bio-enginners seem to sell tissues on Tempest, at least very few advertise on the forums that they do. One I saw was 50-60k for mediums and another was a little lower than that but last I heard they had sold out quickly.
I ended up just getting BE myself because it seemed very few BEs wanted to sell me 2ish factory runs a week. 50k is too much IMO with the exception of drinks that can be casked. Very few foods are worth 50k more than a regular crate and at that price you would be breaking even and you had to put in more work.
There is a big difference is price from 80-82ish to 85-86ish. I can get 82 by using the best flora and the worst meat. Using the best meat I could probably hit 86-87%. The difference between the best meat and the worst meat though is a lot of credits(600-800 credits per additive I would guess on Tempest at least).
If I was selling tissues I would probably sell 81-82% for 30-35k a crate. 86%+ for 50k a crate. Although at 0304 BE I can't actually make 86% ones. Again for the 82's that would be using the best flora and the cheapest meat.

I have a great BE vendor and I pay 40k per heavy, 30k per medium - and I only buy from him.

base price for a med additive is 30k at 80% up to 50k if they can get 90%.....looking at the price..i don't buy the additives all the time...i make them myself...it cost me 15 cpu for arnivore meat..at that its 9k for a crate of additives..then add your flora....i make my own so i make alot more money...esp with what people are charging for heavy additives......i charge 100k for a crate of 25 .....+700 canape and i have seen heavy additives at a +110 for 75k a crate.....when a +115 is very easy to hit..and doesn't cost that much..lol any ways thanks for letting be **edit** about people and there i wana get rich quick with BE scam..and yes thank god all the other chefs quit when they found out that is was hard work!! Hell Yes!!

Ifind the BE's that charge 50k for mediums to be ripping us off on Tempest. I've only found one BE that sells tissue's and he / she was selling mediums at 50 - 60k i think and heavies at 80k. I have yet to see how the light ones are selling for as i haven't seen any yet. But the prices most BE's are charging are a bit ridiculous and really hurt the cost of BE'ed foods. But of course thats my opinion.

using the new updated spreadsheet by Mokianna, in the addative section (on her server of course, as prices do vary) it says for medium bio enhancer 475 credits each x 25 = 11875 credits. if im reading that correct , the cheapest ive seen crates of medium on tempest is 50k a crate, 2k each.
