Many of us that frequent these boards have been making foods for a very long time. This post is for you toreminisce about the past and remember that we were all a nOOb once.
Here is my very first post as a Chef.

Well, it'd be easier if I could sort search results when using "anytime" as a date criteria...
I *think* this is my first post in the chef forum, 08-13-2003 (and an interesting historical footnote on the "we got nerfed" phenomenon). And check out those food stats. 
And while it's not one of my earliest posts, this post will always give me that nice warm feeling inside.....from it's blistering hot rage. And just to clarify, that was before I got the correspondant post, so I was just an average schlub on the forums.

Funny, I still have my very first post pinned to the top of the board for nostalgia's sake. I, too, was once a confused noob, wondering if my resources would be good enough. Ahh, those were the days.
