Chef Archive

I've been playing for 2 years and I have never been one for crafting. All of my charaters have been combat and now I feel it is time to take a new challenge. Crafting!! I plan to master artisan, chef and tailor w/my alt. and I was wondering what materials I would need to start the grind. I also ask for hlep on how to make some of the top selling foods. Yes, I know I am such a noob. Crafting has never been for me, but I hope to change that soon. All advice and assistance is greatly appriciated.
