If the program is giving you an error, sort the mails in your profiles folder by size, and delete any mails over 1kb.
Just a handy tip, because I have to do this every time I use the program.

I'm trying to use this program(Merchant's friend)that is listed in the faq sticky. I love the layout and think it would be awesome if I could get the damn thing to work. My problem is this,It never finds any email. I can have 40 unread emails sitting in my mail folder at the bottom of the screen but it never finds any in my /profiles directory.
Is there some option you need to turn on in SWG to save emails to your HD? If anyone could give me any help on this I would really appreciate it.

Type /mail while in-game and wait for all of the mails to save to your HD (You will get a line in chat telling you when it is done)
Once that is done, open up the Merchant's Friend program.
From there, go to Files>>>Open>>>Loadswgdir. Once there, choose the right profile/server/char (Also make this one the default account to load, so you don't have to redo this constantly) and click "Okay"! That should do it for ya.
