I have a master doc.

I have used Havla and Bivoli for my buffs to decrease buff time, and to increase effectiveness of my buffs. I have gotten no effect from the havla from any manufacturer but one. When I purchase the havla from one particular vendor, who also happens to have a master doc, and a master BE, it works awesome. I can buff 3 or 4 people entirely as fast as I can hit the hotkeys to buff them. instead of a 9 second wait between buffs, it is more like no wait at all. I have noticed some things about his havla that differs from the other havla i have used. His is recovery time bonus is 110 while all the other chef's product ranged from 55-90. I dont have a master anything else but commando, but I did look around at the various websites and boards for info. I do know he said he is the only one who knows how to make it correctly "because I have a master doc and a master BE". I assume it is something in the additives. Please let me know. im going broke on his havla(not all docs are rich you know).

come on you chef's figure this one out! I need to know!

looking forward to responses.

The "because I have a master doc..." would have to be roleplaying, I can't think of any benefit a doc would have crafting food, other than just as general player out-of-game crafting experience.

Recipe for 110 Havla:

30 tubers, very high quality

30 oats, very high quality

10 wheat (any quality)

1 Broad Spectrum Nutrient, 85 or better.

Optional (but very useful): +20 worth of food experimentation tapes.

In this case "very high quality" means that 66% * PE + 33% * OQ > 950

Getting high-quality foods is really just a matter of getting high-quality resources. With 950 stats, you can experiment up to 95% in Nutrition, which would give you around 59 heal recovery on the Havla unenhanced. Add in an 85 BSN, and that bumps it to 109 or 110.

Since the heal recovery time is a percentage decrease, anything over 100 should give you instant recovery. With an 85 BSN (a pretty common level from BE's), a chef may be able to get by with 700 stats in the tubers and oats and still hit 100, although better resources give a better starting point (and less experimentation points required in Nutrition).

Are you sure you're not seeing any decrease with other Havlas? If 9s is your normal recovery time, even a 55 Havla (non enhanced) should knock that down to 4s.

I dont think Havla makes you buff any faster. I tested it with 2 people and they said they couldnt notice a thing and it BE Havla...
