Um .. I can't find a listing of the available foods out there and what they do.

There are plenty of sites with the resources you're looking for,however, with a post like this don't expect any help.
If you're looking foranswers I suggest you ask in a nicer way.

It never ceases to amaze me howrude certain people can be. How hard did you look? Did you even bother to look at the6 stickies posts at the top of the fourm?

My apologies, I didn't mean to offend anybody, the statement "Hey Chefs, I Demand Answers NOW!" was more of a tongue in cheek comment with intended humor. Aah the short comings of internet message boards andexpressing emotions without emoticons.
Rexan and the other person who pointed me in the right direction, thank you. I must have missed theinformation when I had skimmed through the Guides and FAQs for Chefs.
