Lol...I keep posting this...

There's 4 qualities in foods and drinks: Flavor (duration), Nutrition (effect strength), Filling, and Quantity. There's several quality setups thoughout the menu:

TYPE # 1
Filling: DR 75%, OQ 25%
Flavor: FL 66% , OQ 33%
Nutrition: PE 66%, OQ 33%
Quantity: PE 75%, DR 25%

TYPE # 2
Filling: DR 75%, OQ 25%
Flavor: FL 66% ,DR 33%
Nutrition: PE 66%, OQ 33%
Quantity: PE 75%, DR 25%

TYPE # 3
Filling: DR 75%, OQ 25%
Flavor: FL 66% , OQ 33%
Nutrition: PE 66%, OQ 33%
Quantity: SR 75%, DR 25%

TYPE # 4
Filling: DR 75%, OQ 25%
Flavor: FL 66% , OQ 33%
Nutrition: PE 66%, OQ 33%
Quantity: OQ 75%, DR 25%

TYPE # 5(items with a 60 minute timer by default, until an event occurs (ie. Incap recovery bonus foods) or instant result drinks (ie. Blue Milk heal))
Filling: FL 66%, DR 33%%
Nutrition: DR 50%, OQ 50%
Quantity: PE 66%, OQ 33%
(there's no flavor because of the delayed or instant effect, so no need for a new timer)

I would say PE and FL are the most important stats throughout all those, as you want the best buff for the longest period of time. OQ is most diverse stat, so that is also important. Yet, obviously, every stat is important as they all play a ceratin role in the 4 different qualities of the finished food/drink.

/sigh....hope this helped

Thx Gemini this helps me as well

One of other question:

Does the quality of the ingredients that go into the components make any difference? I have heard that the quality of Gemstone is irrelivant.

Qualities of subcomponents do not matter. That goes for everything besides Additives.

I believe I heard somewhere that foods that act as components in another food, don't effect the final product (ie. +25 Vegash, and +22 Vegash would make no difference in the making of Vegeparsine)
