As I finish up mastering Bio Engineer, likely will be master tonight, I have the opportunity to make stuff for you Chefs out there.
What BE items most interest you? What would you like to buy lots of?
Does a steady supply make a difference or would you prefer a giant pile all at once?

You should plan on mostly producing runs of 21 or 40 crates of BSn, preferably 83+, and Intelligent micronutrients 113+. Anything over 115 and 85 is pretty good but lower than that will sell for slightly less.

The vast majority of tissue sales are nutrition tissues, especially Broad Spectrum Nutrients (medium size, used in Vas Brandy and several other food/drinks) and Intelligent Nanonutrients (large size, used in Vag. Canape, Bivoli, and Vercupti).
There's also some demand for multisaccharide tetramate (medium flavor tissue) to make continuous burst-run Parwan Nutricake.
Chefs make most of their sales (probably in the 90%+ range) in crates, which requires identical crates of BE tissues. I personally try to get the largest identical set I can afford (assuming it meets my quality standards) just so I have some flexibility about the factory run size of the final food. A full 40 crate run isn't necessary, but at least 10-20 is desirable.
Values of 85 for BSNs and 115 for Nanos should probably be considered "middle of the road" values to shoot for. If the bonus is less than 80/110 it probably won't sell.

Thanks for the input fellas.
One last thing though. What price range will +83-85BSN or 114-115INs sell for, when dealing with dozens of crates of each?
If anyone could characterize current market pricing for these I would be much obliged.
My first crates are cooking now if anyone wants to get a jump.

30k for the BSNs 40k for intelligents, those are average prices for nutrients of that strength.

30K for BSNs? Wow.
BE are in short supply on my server from what I've seen, which is part of the reason I've decided to do BE and make my own stuff. I pay on average 35K-37K for BSNs.
