I want just know the maximum defense that it can have this two food..for now the best that i look is 45% damge reduction for synsteak and 18% vs dizzy for ithorian, but it's' not the best i guess right?

I can make a 44% with 30charges

Ithorian

I can for 17% and 20 Minutes.

Need to find better Wheat to have lot higher %

I've got 45%/34-35 attacks, in a 5 use stack. STeak.

I've made 46% Dmg reduction w/ 31 attacks. Got it on an amazing success. My Ithorian mist is +21 but only for 13 mins.

I've gotten 45% damage reduction for 36 attacks; I'm sure you can do better.

46% for 34 attacks is my current bestsynthsteak(using a +58 Nutrient additive)

45% for 35 attacks, its really hard to get 46% without really uber resources it seems and I would much rather haf 45% for 35 attack than 46% for 30 attack

With 56/57 Enhancers I hit 46% for 33 attacks.

I never got a 58 micro enhancerto test but it is my guess it would be 47%.

I hit 23 on the Def vs Dizzy.
