Mine is +94 Recovery Time Bonus/24 heals/q4/33fill. I sell it for 70k. I have seen others sell for more - but that was over +100, but is 10 pts difference really that much?

Yes it does matter, as it stands now, Havla only has an effect that is noticable when it has been experimented to 100%, I usually leave mine at 101 and put the rest of my points into uses (though for buffing it has been reported that only Half of the uses work)

Still my doc friends like it for the speedy buffs they can do but yes it has to be over 100 percent, as for prices well that is tough, not many docs even use the stuff or know it's value, so they won't pay big bucks for it like they do with Bivoli, I'd start a crate at 80k, maybe hand out a stack to the doctors buffing in coronet just to get word of mouth going, if your crates sell too fast, then raise the prices of course, it's all in testing the waters.

Ya I spent the morning handing it out to Doctors, and all said the same thing asking where my shop was and when would I have full crates ready for sale. So i would recomend to everyone to make some of this stuff and hand it to any doctor who is buffing. Just wait till you see there reactions.

Please explain how under 100 has ZERO (as you all say) bonus?

Perhaps the devs could answer this one better then us... all we know is that anything below 100 doesn't reduce the heal recovery time, where anything above does.

It's called a bug..

No need to be smart. I just don't understand how 99 is worthless and 101 is not.

I make mine at 100-101% with low filling and price it at 150k a crate... I can hardly keep it in stock...

HINT: It makes combat medics throw 2times as fast...

He wasn't being smart, we simply don't know, all we know is from our tests, you can conduct this yourself to find out, anything under 100 percent just doesn't work, I have tested this for myself too. Only the devs can address this, no chef really knows why 99 doesn't work and 100 does.

There seem to be 2 things that happen when healing

One timer for when the message appear "You are ready to heal more wounds"(or whatever the message is).

And another timer for you to actually be able to heal.

With +50 havla, you will actually get the first message in half the time you normally work. The problem is that you can't actually heal again. It gives you the message saying you must wait to heal(the one that doesn't say a time with it) for the next however many seconds.

Then you can finally heal again when you normally could. So +50 havla gives you the first message early but you still can't heal until the normal time is up.

I have no proof of this, but I'm guessing there is just some exception the devs forgot to deal with that allows +100 to work. There are definatly 2 different timers, the havla seems to be affecting 1 when it is below 100 and affecting both when it is above 100. Whether it is actually affecting both or now, I don't have a clue. 1 thought I had as well with the current bug that only half the uses are being counted is that since there are 2 timers, maybe that is where the 2 is coming from. Thats why I said it might not actually be affecting both, but just getting around the issue with some loophole because of the high buff value.

None of this is actually confirmed by the devs(at least I haven't seen anything on it), this is just the observations posted by others and from what I've personally seen. Much of it is my assumptions on why it is happening(especially the idea of 2 timers), the only known thing is that anything under +100 buff seems to have no affect except for filling up your stomach.

I put mine at 80k a crate.

I just put it up recently though. 1-3 crates a day I think I've sold.

The problem with this one is there is no way for someone to try it out before they spend the credits for BE food. Anything under 100 is completely worthless as it offers no bonus at all.
