I've been out of the game for awhile and missed all the new additions/fixes to chef. As such I was wondering what addatives do Chefs use now? I know BSNs sell pretty well, but do people use the light addatives, etc. Thank you for your input.

I tend to use all 3 types(light, medium and heavy) and depending on what im trying to do I'll use nutrition or filling additives. Iuse the nutrient additves a lot more though.

The tissue size a food can take is limited by it's schematic, some popular foods (blue milk, synthsteak, travel biscuits) can only take a light additive.
The majority of chefs, though, are probably going to want mostly BSNs, followed by Intellegent Nanos, then Micronutrients, the occasional Multisaccharide Tetramate (for Parwan if nothing else), and a smattering of others.
