50 Filling is possible even without a filling additive. You just have have pretty high DR/OQ insect meat, tubers, and Lubricating oil. If 75% DR + 25% OQ > 880 for all three resources (or at least 2 out of 3, as long as the third isn't too low), you can do it.
I recently made some Vercupti with 50 filling and +1007 H/A/M.
33 Fill vercupti (allowing three at a time) can likely be done with slightly lower-quality resources (although you'll probably still want 800+ in DR and OQ), although it requires a filling additive, so you won't get the buff bonus from an Intelligent Nanonutrient. With a 46 bonus Carbocaloric Eliminator (heavy filling additive), I think you'd be able to hit roughly 33 fill +530.
The problem is that these tissues require 40 Domesticated meat and 45 Wild meat for each one, and Dom meat is one of the harder to gather in large quantities since there aren't many high-CL creatures dropping it.

I make +1000ish for 7m 50 fill stuff with the following resources.
Eporo - Corellian Insect Meat
DR=912 FL=663 PE=437 OQ=836
Esvob - Lubricating Oil
DR=965 OQ=741
Elditzaw - Dantooine Vegetable Tubers
DR=845 FL=113 PE=806 OQ=762
So they don't have to be uber high, just the DR with highish OQ.

My 50 fill is +1085, and 49 is always possible but unnecessary to the market I sell to.

The important cap is 88% on the filling experimentation... can you hit that, you'll get 50% fill.

hi - a guildmate was asking about the possibility of vercupti with 50 or less filling, andi was wondering if you guys could tell me if this had ever been done, with the right mix of flavor additives and appropriate resources?

You need very high numbers on the Filling stats (DR and ?). You're looking for 950+ on both stats on both ressources (insect meat and lub oil). 50-49 fill is easily attainable, the power isn't going to be too great, though...
