How do you find out usages without pulling an item? I mean can you find out usages without pulling an item from the crate? I hate having to pull one out to find out , is there a way to find that out in the % of experimentation or something? Please tell me yes. Thanks for your help. My shop is on Lowca Out of Dantoonie out of mining Outpost. The town is NEW RENO and my vendor is in cantina , I ll update the post with coords.

Well when i make drinks, food shows usage, i often make the schematics have one etxra. Like make 101 of something. Then i open the 1 lonely item in a crate too find out how many "shoots" i made.

Some schematics show usages in the stats when you experiment the item. (vercupti does)
Some don't (BOH and Sunburns don't). Those you just have to guess at. Oddly enough, the schematics that produce many uses (not 1-6) don't show up.

I've bugged it a couple of times, but strangely enough, it hasn't been addressed.

Foods show usages, drinks do not. For drinks, as the person above stated, you have to make an extra to pull from a crate so that you know how many uses the batch has.

I now sell things by the dozen or 2 dozen in crates. I always have to pull out atleast 1 from the crate. I've renamed all the favorite foods and drinks to Coffee and Donut products. I just finished planting 3 merchant tents on different planets and advertised on the server forums. Its incredible the response I've gotten only after a few hours. Coffee and Donut tents franchised around the galaxy selling Dark Roasted Coffee, Dantooine Special Blend, Honey Glazed Donuts, Chocolate Donuts with Sprinkles... the list goes on.In less than 24 hours.. my sales have sky-rocketed. Oh and back to the dozen or 2 dozen(donuts).. its a cute touch that lets me get away with taking one or many out of the crate and not worrying that each crate is maxxed at 25.

I love these merchant tents and now that food buffs work... the Chef profession is alot more fun to roleplay. No more apologizing to the consumers that food is broken or has a chance to incap you. Its great to educate others on what great things your products can do for them.

When I make drinks, I experiment til I get the results I want, and make a sample to know the uses. Then I just make another and experiment to the same percentage results and put down how many uses in each stack in the name of the schematic.
