I am a master Chef atm, I placed a cantina in our player city..If i give up chef, do i lose the cantina?

Many dancers/entertainers have placed cantina and dropped master, and the cantina has stayed. The problem I forsee is the devs fixing this, and Cantinas disappearing after next big patch hehe.
