Will foods such as fishak surprise and glazed glucose pate be deleted from your inventory after the nerf?

No. The developers have told us that all food made before the revamp will remain the same, you just cannot create more.
There is a bug on TC that is effecting old food in crates, but I am pushing very hard to have this fixed before it goes to live.

SirVimes, thanks a bunch for the info. I'll be stocking up on some of that mind food then...but should i take my food out of crates? Or will that problem be taken care of?

hmm i think we would appreciate a sure answer asap about that bug.some of uscan't decide to stock up crates or not, in fear its just a waste of resources

Dunno if this has been answered.
If everything works (no crate bugs or old food bugs), will the new stomach rules apply on the old food?
I mean takin an old fishak on not be able to drink anything for half an hour doesnt sound appealing.

Does anyone know if factory schematics created pre-patch will still work? I have a feeling they will not...

The other question is if the new container rules will apply to the old drinks... These would be drinks but wouldn't require glasses/kegs... I have people wanting me to make schematics for future, but don't even know if they'll work...

I don't know. I haven't seen any prepatch food on TC lately, so I haven't been able to check. A lack of foresight on my part possibly.

I don't see why the containers would be needed for old schematics. The required resources and component serial numbers are "locked in" when you create the schematic. So if you make a schematic for Angerian now, when you put it into the factory post-patch, you'll only have to provide the aludian, carbosyrup, reactive gas, and fruits that you used to make the schematic.
