A friend tried eating some of my new veghash (+ creature harvesting). filling is only listed as 16 but he said he could eat only one and when he tried again it said that was all he could eat for that enhancement.

Bug or feature?

Probably a feature. As with food you could basically have the same skills and many Masters. It would become too powerful then.
