Any terrian negotiation is better than none, but without using addatives I got a +8.7. You can only eat one though. Base level terrain negotiation is +20 for a scout.
Do you think this level of buff provides a worthwhile benefit?

Imo they aren't worth it.
They have a very very limited use and the use of it will become even less when we don't need camps to be able to call a vehicle.
That means I will only craft these on request

Here's a response from a scout. Namely, me.
Terrain negotiation only affects running up until a certain point. After that, it affects crawling. (You crawl fast as well as run fast.)
This could be used to temporarily give you the "Crawling fast" 'skill' if you haven't gone that far up the exploration tree.
Another skill, Image Design, also gives you new subskills that are not listed in the skill tree when you increase your stats. So a stat mod could in effect temporarily give you a skill before you've earned it.
This make sense?

That is a good point poly. It coudl ineedhelp scouts out and more into the ranger benefits.
