Well, thanks for the heads up, but this would be better off in your galaxy trade forum. Especially since you don't mention which galaxy you're on.
And 25k might be a bit much for just a +1. You need +10 to get an extra point, and can only have one +food experimentation attachment per piece of clothing. The only person who'd want one is someone who's gathered up 9 or 19 points of attachments already. These usually go for 2-3k per point up to +5. The attachments with bigger bonuses ramp up quick (since there's only so many clothes you can wear at a time), I think I remember seeing a +15 go for 5 or 10 million.

depends on server.. Ahazi - +1 food experimentation roughly goes for $200-$250K
+10 - 20mil+ gets asked

Yep on Bria anything +3 and over is minimum 1.5M per point.
A +8 belt got a bid of 25M
