That very much depends on how many levels of chef you have.
Soypro and Alcohol are Novice chef components that work to grind. The nice thing about them is you can eat them and get 50% more XP without filling your stomach.

0010 Chef, doing the alcohol, any more opinions would be greatly appreciated.
This is NOT a holo for me, it actually caught my attention after I got MBE. Will prolly stick this out a while. Looks like too much fun. LOVE the food descriptions.....I am just too impatient.

Check this out (its in the sticky in this forum)
http://home.comcast.net/~sciguyco/swg/ChefFAQ2_5.htm
But specifically the bit below
Novice Chef: Soypro, 10 cereal, 10 vegetable, 80 xp (84 in practice mode).
Desserts I: Pastebread, 20 wheat, 10 oats, 10 water, 160 xp (168 in practice mode).
Entrees I: Synthsteak: 20 vegetables, 20 cereal, 5 hide, 180 xp (189 in practice mode)
Desserts III: Kiwik Clusjo Swirl: 40 berries, 20 fruits, 20 water, 260 xp (278 in practice mode
I was doing Wastril Bread but after the revamp changed to Soypro then onto Sythsteak which I'm going to do till Desserts III then onto Kiwik Clusjo Swirl.
Im sure there are other ways that are just as good and possibly better

And just FYI, I'm not sure whether Entrees should be included. You do get 20 more xp, but it requires hide (which you'll either have to harvest yourself from animals or buy). I just threw it in as another option. The path that worked bestfor me on TC was Soypro -> Pastebread -> Kiwik.

Hmmm true but I only needed 3000 hide all up. Not that hard to buy that much fairly cheap.
