Two fillings for both. You can have 100 filling worth of food and 100 filling worth of drink at the same time. Digestion is supposed to be 3.3 filling per minute but right now its cloer to 2.2 filling per minute. This is a bug (at least it should be because on TC it was 3.3 filling per minute).
