Whats the name of this food and whats the usual/good/very good stats and price on it?

First, I'd like to point out Vandessa's food chart as an excellent resource when you're looking for food:

There's two: K-18 rations (20-30% HAM cost reduction, 15-30% recovery time reduction) and Parwan Nutricake (50-90 HAM cost reduction, 40-65 recovery time reduction).

Those numbers are without an additive. K-18 rations take light additives (for a potential 30-45% HAM reduction OR 18-37% recovery time reduction). Parwan takes medium additives (90+% HAM reduction or 58-94% recovery bonus).

If the chef get's parwan's recovery bonus above 90% with a flavor additive, you get "you are no longer tired" while still burstrunning, allowing for up to a 5m continuous burst (with 25 filling).

If you want the flavor additive, a nice gesture would be to provide 1-2k of milk for each crate you want. The chef can pass that on to the BE to make the additives. You'll want good PE/OQ, without too bad of Flavor.
