Does anyone make these? I think that if I could get around +20 to terrain negotiation that this would be great for PvP (it would free up the 17 points rotting away in Exploration).

I'm sorry if it has already been posted somewhere, but could you all possibly post the stats that I should look for?

I realize that this is an artisan schematic...which brings me to my next question. Do Chefs or Artisans have the best experimentation possibilities, or both?
