Stats/experimentation on ANY components does not effect the final component right? Even Dough, protato, and carbosyrup dont effect final stats on products?

That's 100% true. Some foods use other final products as components. Pastebread is a pet buff on its own, and is also used as a component in Cavaellian Cremes and Sweesonberry Rolls. Experimenting on pastebread (and including additives) helps it when used separately, but still makes no difference when it's used as a component.
