You want Berries and Fruits with, most importantly, a high PE. It is also important that they have a high OQ as well. However, don't neglect flavor and DR...you want those to be decent as they determine duration and filling. For someone who is just starting out, however, I would advise you to find Berries and Fruits with the highest PE and OQ you can find.

The rest of the components are alcohol and casks, and the quality of the resources you use on these is irrelevant, so you need only concentrate on the quality of the resources mentioned above.
