Smugglers/Squad leader havnt gotten any love since launch so im not gonna beet that drum.However Im a bit ticked off at the fact that there isnt a counterattack food yet there are 3 recipes for dodge buffs..
Dear God even Pikemen/Riflemen get a block buff, just gets under my skin that Devs would toss 3 different dodge buffs into the mix without atleast making one of them benefit HS/Carbineers..
What im hoping is, that maybe I missed something when researching the different recipes/buffs that coincide..

Well, I'm not sure whether it'll soothe your outrage, but the "dodge foods" aren't a bonus to the "dodge skill", it's just a really bad attempt at trying to describe what it does.
Air cake, Pikatta Pie, and Fizz Pudding are really just generic "+defense" foods. They increase the chances of a complete miss, which is calculated before any of the "evasion" skills (dodge, block, counterattack). I think the "dodge bonus" description was picked so that it would not conflict with the "+ranged defense" and "+melee defense" skill foods (Elshandruu Thundercloud and Vegeparsine). But the fact that the game includes the dodge skill made everything very confusing.
So, to correctly focus your outrage, only Pikemen/Riflemen get a food to help their evasion skill. If it's any consolation, I keep hearing that Block is bugged. /shrug.
