There's a food for block. 2 foods for dodge. No food for counterattack?

Actualy the dodge food isn't the fencer/pistoleer dodge but the basic def mod all toons have.So there really is no dodge food either 
I don't know for sure but I don't think the block food even works.

The dodge food affects your to-hit modifier. It increases your chance to successfully dodge an attack.
Block works. It decreases the damage of an attack by 50% but it doesn't actually "block" an attack.
There should be a counterattack food for carbineers and swordsmen out there.

The dodge foods don't actually modify the dodge skill, they give a bonus to melee and ranged defense, so any class can benefit from them. There are no foods that actually boost the dodge skill.
We know that the block skill works. It's still not clear whether the block food actually improves your chance of blocking however.
