What are the other stats, if thats the only decent one then it will be no real use to a chef i'm afraid, we need all 4 to be at a reasonable standard.

yeah. All the other stats are 500-. So what there is no overriding stat. What is a good total or average for the stats?

I have heard different chefs say different numbers that they will find acceptable. The rule of thumb I use is total stats of 2700 or higher. I prefer the higher stats to be in OQ

Sorry, accidently hit the enter key on the last post. What I was going to say was that I prefer the higher stats in OQ, PE, and Flavor..I really do not notice DR to much unless the stat is really low. Hope this helps.....and one last thing....one really low stat will pretty much make the organic good for nothing but sub-componets.
