Are yo usure that you have enough resources to produce the amount needed? Also, any chef schematic will only produce 1000 units, or 40 crates, at a time, and then it is gone.

This has happened to me a few times in the last week. I don't know if this has been posted somewhere or not, but I've been having some factory issues. I will make a schematic for say 500 alcohol. The factory will produce 400 alcohols and then stop, as if the schematic was created with only 400 uses when it was not. I will not have the option to restart the factory, nor will the schematic exist in the factory.

Has anyone else experienced this? At first I perhaps thought it was me, creating the schematics with the wrong numbers. However at this point I'm convinced it is not me, but some sort of error with factories.

Is your output hopper at like say 60% their was a bug were it would stop making crates once it hit a certian number

I've been a chef for over 1 year, I know that it was not a lack of resources or a limit on the schematic. A lack of resources would have sent me an email to place more resources in the factory, as well as letting me restart the factory (the schematic still being intact in the factory).

I have experienced the bug you are referring many times before, it is not the same. The error you are referring to send you an email regarding an Internal Manufacturing Error. In my case I receive no "error" messages, I receive an email that the factory has finished production, even though it did not make the specified number I had inputted into the schematic. When accessing the schematic slot through the radial menu the schematic is gone as if it had finished normally.

How many items did the email say were made? Did you finish off the schematic all in one run, or did you run off 500 of a 1000 item schematic a while ago, then tried to finish it off?

And (just to cover everything).....are you sure you didn't do a typo or something setting the manufacturing limit?

For example it will say 380 items have been made, when I'm positive I told it to make 999 (additives).I never run half a schematic in one factory then half in a another, I always run things all at once.

I'm virtually positive, this has happened to me several times, and has never happened to me before. I thought the same thing at first, but then would double check, as running 251 of 500 additives, and then having to run the rest as a seperate serial is a pain in the butt. The factory just stops as if the schematic was done, even though I am sure I did not make it for that item limit.

eh, I've had this before.

Just empty your hopper into a backpack, and then start the factory again. :-D

Maybe this is a different bug? but I'm pretty sure it's not?!

Different bug, as I stated, in the above posts the schematic is no longer there, there is nothing to restart.

What e-mails are you people talking about. I haven't seen an e-mail from any of my factories for over 2 months now

I had a simular issue happen to me the csr said that certain items cause factories to think that they are out of space and that I should try to remove some items from the output hopper
