So I started on my way to chef and I make some Aitha. What does it do? I tried eating it to with mind damage and nothing happened. I also tried eating it while my mind was full and it used mind. what am I missing here?

Aitha is bugged. When you have mind wounds and drink until it hits the place on your mind stat where the wounds are..instant incap.

I read this in a forum.. never tried this product myself..

it not heals it fills.

meaning if you use mind actions, you can fill it back up again with aitha.

Um, yes it IS a heal... I think maybe you meant that it isn't a buff. Aitha is Blue Milk Lite: less power, less filling, made by Artisans. Brandy is a buff, increasing the size of stat pools in the Mind group. Aitha and Blue Milk act like stims, healing the depleted Mind pool.
