I remeber reading that someone /reported a filling bug that their stomach would not go down. It was dismissed when future testing on TC or so proved it not to be. Well I had the bug happen to me. It is when your drink and food filling won't go down, while in combat. All you need to do is peace out and wait a minute or so and it will be fixed.

It mostly happens when you are running a macro. Only way to fix atm is to logout
