Hiya,

I don't know about anyone else, but I find that the biggest problem with having only one character per server is that I don't know what a server needs before I make a character. It never fails that a make a character of a profession that's already vastly outnumbered by others of that profession, while, on my other servers, people are constantly looking for medics, or droid engineers, or there's no food at all being sold in the bazaar. It seems like I held true to this with my chef, as I see that there are already at least three people posting here from Lowca.

Anyhow, this is just kind of a general poll... What server do you have your chef on?

Boy my first character has too of the buggiest porfessions. Im an Dancer/Image Designer and Chef on Scylla. I doubt ill be able to get all of chef but ill get a bunch.

THe biggest problem I see besides the bugginess is that most players do not even know what food can do for them. TO most its just another item cluttering up their inventory.

Gorath Server. Just started as a chef Sunday night. Why? Well, Tailoring isn't extremely viable due to no degredation of clothing. There don't seem to be any other chefs on Gorath as well. I didn't want to be one of 50 armorsmiths/weaponsmiths/droid engies/architects on the same PLANET let alone galaxy. Sure the other professions still do well even with that high number, but I just wanted to sell something different in the bizaar/vendor than everyone else is selling .

Thankfully, I have a ton of money from Tailor crate sales to back my 'exp grind' for chef. Going for the Cooking column first before I go for all the different meals. I figure the only way to sell the food for a profit is to experiment on it to make it a ton better.

I'm presently located on Talus and have been selling my wares on Tatooine, Corellia, Talus, and Naboo. Money hasn't been as plentiful as I've expected but I'm making a living. Just wish I could find milk!

Loski on Naboo on Kauri galaxy. I actually saw another chef on Naboo. I was surprised.

I wouldn't go for just cooking. You need new recipes that give you more xp as those skill boxes require more and more xp to be filled. So you could do a combination of a recipe line and the cooking line. Or go all one recipe skill path, then go back and work up cooking.
