Just like it was posted 4 months ago there will be some kind of balance brought to the chef class. But in the mean time if you are a chef in need of a good stat boost stop by the med center and get a health and action boost from one of the doctors there. That way you can kill all the plasma guys you want in your endless pursuit of milk.
