Thread: Question of the day. Did the Devs forget about us and why has there been no communication?

I've only beena Chef for about three and a half months now. I admit i used the respec to go from Master Shipwright/Artisan to BE/CHEF. I was bored and wanted a change, and also wanted to stop spending millions of my money on food.
Well I've been pretty successful running a food/stim business. Not nearly doing the business the established chefs on my server do, but I'm happy.
What I'm not happy about is the lack of communication about the changes to the way food works, and its place in the future.
There are some serious issues that need resolved and I would love for a Red Named Person to surprise us one of these days and explain the following.
1. When will chefs be getting a definitive answer on how stacking of food should work?
2. Will chefs be getting any new schematics in the near future?
3. Will we ever have our food improved from its current form? Right now alot of artisan food is more desirable.
4. When will Barrels ever be useful?
5. Will it ever be possible to reduce the factory time to create some of these foods/components? More of a BE issue, but it takes way too long to make food tissues.
I could go on and on, but that is the five things I would ask a Dev if i had a chance.

Well I remember higginsis saying that some new information is coming up in a few "fridays" (perhaps a friday feature?)...so I am holding out for that. Of course who knows what form this information will take, so I'm being cautious.

As I have been told a lot of SOE staff goes on vacation this month. I assume/hope that we will get word and or fixes in the fall. As with everything related to SWG I'm not holding my breath.
