Well my v card has been broken and i dont get it back for another week or so. I unlocked 2 weeks before pub 10. I went to my friends 2day and installed and played for a good hour and i could NOT create my 2nd char. When i did /check i had an inner glow and the force was in me. Just wondering how do i meet the old man now and when can i create my 2nd char. I only have 2 chars on my account and when i tried to create another it wouldnt let me. thanks .

rat pm me in game or check wikyd forums. the old man meets ya in the wilderness you wont get 2nd toon till you become padawan. your all set tho bro. check a few posts on how to convert and use free unlocks you have a few comming to you

contact rei-liza myself vita or kris in game or jonesy as well.... we will open them friday night for those who arent there as well were about 70 members short on forums lmao

lol cool, well either way i cant play for another week or so. ill try to log on forums friday i guess.

What is fill in terms of food and drink? And also mitigation?

Filling is the percentage of your "stomach" that the food / drink takes up. You can see your fill bars on your character sheet (ctrl-C on the swg keymap, I'm not sure about the others). You can't go over 100%, and you "digest" roughly 3.3% per minute.
Mitigation (from synthsteak and protein wafers) is a damage reduction stat. If the synthsteak says it has "damage mitigation: 30", that means that 30% of the damage is removed before other factors like armor reduce thedamage further.
