Aw. That is just awful. What did swgcraft.com do to hurt anyone?
It's obviously some 12 year old kid. WhO wRiTeS lIkE tHiS anyway? I couldn't even do the last word, it was making my eyes hurt.

Not hacked. Whacked by a script kiddie. Hackers do not waste their time on immature activities such as defacing websites with the equivilant of virtual graffiti.

In that case, I assume that the database is safe tucked away somewhere and it's just the front page that's missing for the moment?

It seems to be working now.. I did not see the 'hack' but usually they just mess with the index.html or php page to show their own...
It is generally an easy fix.

Even if the database has been hacked, if people were prepared to sit and take the time, they could use resource crates to find every resource EVER on their server (could even be more accurate than the original database). Only downside to this is a) time involved and b) we wouldn't know how old some stuff was. But who cares so long as we know it existed once?

The data does exist on the website still, I was able to download all the current resource data to my spreadsheet from swgcraft.com. I feel this is a temporary problem that will soon be solved

Woot! It was hacked, but thankfully our favorite site, that I can personally not live without has returned!
