whats the best food/drink to craft ...also whats the bext boxes to get to get food that will grind fast

That has every food crafted post-CU, which will give you an idea of what all those foods do.


As for grinding, I suggest you make soypro and go up the deserts tree and start doing kiwik clusjo swirls or paste bread, whichever is easiest for you.
